We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. 
No minimum purchase required.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. 
Shipping takes 7-12 business days to arrive within the United States. 
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number 
once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future.
For US customers: No additional import duties or taxes apply. All products are shipped from within the US.


Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.

 

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees will apply.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Look around your delivery area (porch, garage, etc.)
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  4. If still unresolved, contact us at support@sandalwoodritual.com within 7 days of the delivery date
We will work with the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
